Delicious and informative Maria was fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. We sampled a vanity of delicious food from tacos to local sweets, and in between Maria told us about the history of Puebla and the culture of Mexico. As well as food stalls in the centre, where we tasted huitlacoche (corn mushroom) and tacos arabesque, Maria took us to a market in the residential area we would have never found ourselves. We finished with the most surprising stop at an antique shop to sample home-made raisin liqueur. All in all an extremely enjoyable afternoon.

Exciting, stimulating, unexpected discoveries Having taken a marvelous walking tour of Puebla with Maria, we joined her on a tour of Cholula. Once again, her knowledge of history, the clarity of her explanations and the pacing of the tour, along with her friendly thoughtful, gracious style made our experience stimulating and memorable. And, by the way, we were fortunate enough to join her at the most unusual and wonderful restaurant as our tour concluded.Anyone visiting Puebla would be fool not to look for Maria, founder and guide of Puebla de Ensueno. She'll make you wish you'd planned to be in the city a few more days so you could spend more time learning from her and enjoying her good company.cholula

Outstanding, stimulating experience I'm delighted to write this review of Maria, Founder and Tour Guide of Puebla de Ensueno. We took a tour of the city of Puebla with Maria, From the moment she met us at our hotel, our tour exceeded our expectations in every respect. Forgetting for a moment the delicious street vendor treats, candy and ice cream, our walking and talking was so comfortable, informative, and stimulating that we truly did not want the tour to end. During our tour we learned that Maria was a native of city, so knew it well. That was apparent from the ease with which we moved from one important site to another. We learned, too, that she had been a guide in France as well and had extensive tour guide experience. We were so impressed that we asked Maria if there was another tour we could take with her, and on the spot to signed on to tour Cholula with her.Anyone visiting Puebla would be a fool not to look for Maria, founder and guide of Puebla de Ensueno. She will make you wish you'd planned to be in a city a few more days so you could spend more time learning from her and enjoying her good company.

Wonderful day in Cholula and Puebla We had a fantastic day with Maria! She's incredibly knowledgeable about Puebla and Cholula and has a passion for sharing the food culture with her guests. The corn workshop was so interesting and fun! She was happy to adapt the day's schedule for our interests and helped us select all the local tastes that we wouldn't have known to try on our own. We were having so much fun she spent extra time with us to make sure we didn't miss anything, and she made additional recommendations for what we should try on our own. I highly recommend booking a day (or two!) with her...you won't regret it!

AV. Delante de DOGO (suministra tienda de limpieza)
